Refunds and Returns 

We do not offer refunds on our products. Please contact us via email at support@craze10.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you store credit in exchange for your return. Returns must be approved. Return shipping at the buyer’s expense.

The following is a list of items that are ineligible for returns:

  • Items missing tags and fragrances have been applied 
  • Items that are opened or used
  • Items not approved for return
  • Items that have been returned before
  • Items that have been customized or personalized
  • Items that are on Clearance or Sale

THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NEVER WORN, UNALTERED, TAGS ATTACHED AND FREE OF ANY FRAGRANCES OR SMELLS. 

Special Orders, Limited Edition Items, and Sale items cannot be returned, and are final sale — no exceptions.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable 
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any items that have been worn and missing tags 
  • Limited Addition Items
  • Customized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit only. 

If your item meets our return policy guidelines and is approved.  Then your refund will be processed,  and you will receive an email confirming the refund. You will also receive a gift card or code to use towards your next purchase. 

Sale or Clearance items can not be returned 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or Clearance  items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged and unworn, fragrance free with all tags applied within 7-10 days. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item due to the item being defective please contact Craze10 at the email address provided within the body of this email.   Send us an email to support@craze10.com and we will respond accordingly advising you how to handle the return your product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or code will be emailed to you to be used on your next order .

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as shipping is handled by one of our shipping outlets.
